RANGER MURRAY PROMOTED

We are pleased to announce that after being with us for almost a year now, ranger Murray Harrison has been promoted from junior ranger to senior ranger.

CHEETAH KILL SIGHTING

Recent guests were treated to a thrilling sighting when they saw three cheetahs hunt and kill a baby impala. Although a bit sad to witness, it’s always a privilege to be a brief bystander to the circle of life in action.

MSUNDUZE RIVER FLOWING

We recently had 45mm of rainfall which caused the Msunduze River to flow for a bit and transformed the reserve from brown to green!

BALLITO CAMERA CLUB VISIT

At the beginning of the year, we hosted members from the Ballito Camera Club at the lodge. They enjoyed some excellent sightings and snapped some wonderful wildlife photographs. The reserve really is a photographer’s paradise!
