Day 1

Depart London.

Day 2 (3 Nights) – Oyster Box or Beverly Hill Hotel

Arrive at King Shaka International Airport & collect hire car. Take the short drive to Umhlanga Rocks & check into your luxury hotel.

King Shaka International Airport to Umhlanga: 40 mins

Day 3 & Day 4

Relax by the pool, be pampered, stroll the promenade and enjoy the vibrant village of Umhlanga, its bars & restaurants.

Day 5 (2 Nights) – Makakatana Bay

After Breakfast it is time to head up the North Coast Highway to your next luxury destination. Spend time in the iSimangaliso Wetlands Unesco world heritage site.

Day 6

Your accomodation has so many options, private beach, boat tours & guided game drives

Day 7 to Day 10 (4 Nights) – Thanda Safari Lodge

Today you head into Big 5 country and your luxury 5 star safari lodge cuisine in keeping with a 5 star establishment, be spoilt with spar treatments, relax on your deck or in the private plunge pool.

All this in-between game drives escourted by guides & trackers equipped with a vast wealth of knowledge.

Beach Lodge to Safari Lodge: 1 hour

Day 11

Leaving with only memories of a safari at its best, it’s time to move onto the unspoilt dune lined Indian Ocean beach lodge. A variety of activities are on offer including seasonal turtle & whale viewing, both on land and in the warm Indian Ocean.

More viewing opportunities today as you will have two guided game drives in open top game vehicles.
